Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of TaliVault. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

The service

TaliVault helps tabletop roleplaying groups organise campaigns and schedule sessions. It is provided free of charge and is under active development, so features may change or be removed.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Your D&D Name must not impersonate someone else, and we may reclaim names that do.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other people through the service.
• Upload or share unlawful content, or use TaliVault to break the law.
• Attempt to access accounts, campaigns, or data that are not yours.
• Disrupt the service, or use automated means to overload or scrape it.

We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things, generally after a warning where circumstances allow.

Your content

Campaign names, descriptions, and session notes remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and display them to the people you have shared them with, so the service can function.

Availability and liability

TaliVault is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for missed sessions, lost data, or other losses arising from using it. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using TaliVault and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the service, and will give reasonable notice before doing so where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use TaliVault means accepting the current version.
