Our Commitment to Transparency

We believe in being clear and upfront about the tools used to create TaliVault. We do not believe in obscuring, downplaying, or hiding the use of artificial intelligence. If you use TaliVault, you have the right to know how it was made.

Software Development

The code powering TaliVault—from its scheduling logic and calendar feed generators to its user interface—was engineered with the assistance of Large Language Models working under human direction, system architectural design, and rigorous verification testing suites.

Visual Artwork

The illustrations, parchment textures, and character art found across the site and in game session cards were generated using artificial intelligence image models.

We acknowledge the complex discussions, strong feelings, and valid ethical concerns surrounding AI tooling and creative works within both the software and tabletop roleplaying communities.

We accept that not everyone agrees with or likes the use of generative AI in software or tabletop games. If you choose not to use TaliVault because of our use of AI, we completely understand and respect your decision.

Our goal is simply to be honest and open so every player, DM, and group can make their own informed choice.
