Account and Privacy
Settings, connections, what's stored about you, and deleting your account.
Settings
Settings (the gear next to your name) holds your D&D Name, your time zone, which emails you get, your calendar feed and your sign-in methods.
Your time zone is how you see every game time, on the site, in emails and in your feed. Everyone else sees the same game in their own time zone.
Under Emails you can turn off check-ins, game changes, requests to agree, table news or invites. Everything still shows on the site. Sign-in links always arrive. Every email has an Email Settings link at the bottom that brings you here.
Connections
A connection is someone you've agreed to play with. You connect by sitting at the same table, by accepting a request, or through someone's personal connection link. Connections are how you invite people to your tables.
You can remove a connection or block someone on the Connections page. Blocking is private: they aren't told.
Invites Sent to an Email Address
When someone invites an email address, TaliVault keeps that address only to send the invite. It's removed from the invite as soon as the person accepts or declines, and deleted after 14 days if they don't answer. Declining doesn't need an account.
Who Can See Your Games
There's no public game-finding. Only people at a table (and a game's guests) see its games, and only people you invite can join.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at the bottom of Settings. It removes your account, your seats and answers, and the campaigns you own; nights that were running one stay on the calendar, open for someone else to run. Tables you started carry on without you. You type the word "delete" to confirm, and it can't be undone.
