For Players

Answering, running late, guests, and keeping track of your games.

You're Counted In

Sitting at a table means you're coming to its games unless you say otherwise. Coming shows as already chosen; you only need to answer if that changes.

  • Running Late: say by how much (15 minutes, 30, or an hour or more).
  • Maybe: you're not sure yet.
  • Can't Make It: you're out for that one.

① Silence means Coming by default with zero RSVP chase. ② Running late delay reporting (+15m, +30m, 1h). ③ Players-needed badge and player headcount.

Answering From Your Email

Two days before each game, anyone who hasn't answered gets a short check-in email: "You're down for Tuesday." The buttons in it answer straight away, with no sign-in. You can change your answer until the game starts.

① Automated 48-hour pre-game sweep. ② Explicit confirmation that you're counted in. ③ Zero-login one-tap answer and delay links.

Bringing a Guest

Anyone at the table can invite a guest to one game from that game's page: by link, from your connections, or by email. Guests sign in, answer like everyone else, and show on that night's list. They aren't connected with the table. If they end up joining the table, their guest spots become a seat.
